Ok, I know maybe this could have been me not paying attention, but I’m never buying from Carpe again. So I clicked on an ad on YouTube that was giving a really good deal. I was like, ok, maybe I’ll try this out—I’ve heard a lot of good stuff about this product.

I then bought the product a bit later from an ad saying something like 35% off. I clicked on a stick and it was delivered, but there was nothing in the deal saying I was signing up for a subscription. There was nothing except for 35% off. I bought the product on April 1st, and to my surprise, I looked in my emails on April 25. For some reason, the email wasn’t showing up in my inbox—it was only in purchases.

I went to my mail and found four emails from Carpe about buying and delivery. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS. I went on their website, and it’s also super confusing and makes it almost impossible to unsubscribe. It charged me $27 for a stick of deodorant—who is paying that much? I tried getting a refund, but support was unhelpful and refused after taking ages to get back to me. Like, what is this?

Also, even on the website it said that it was only supposed to come every four weeks. I’m pretty sure that 24 days is not four weeks, and making it order on the 19th is not even close to four weeks either.

So please, if you are going to buy from Carpe, be very careful of their “deals” and ads. They have pretty nice products too—it just makes me so mad that they charged me so much and kept making it difficult to unsubscribe and get a refund. Honestly, I’m surprised there hasn’t been some kind of lawsuit about this but idk much about the law so I ain't gonna start one.
