What do I do if I can’t download my profile?
Ever since I click on purchase history my Xbox live profile got smoked completely, I can no longer download or even use it on the series x. As well they wiped my profile off my console and I can no longer play my saved games thanks to that. I need help bc this isn’t fair and atp unrealistically I would like my money back for XBL bc this bullsh*t
