Update: Long story short: we contacted support again asking why they haven’t mentioned anything in there article about the chance of losing lucky friends status. Hours later, my girlfriend became lucky friends again with the same person who cancelled the trade request. No gifts were sent and no raids were fought together. Support contacted her moments later will include pics of reply.

Just thought I give you guys an update. Don’t let these people get away with such b.s.

This is the reply my girlfriend got from support. Has this always been a known thing? Have they mentioned this in any shape or form? Cause this is the first time I’ve heard of this happening.
