Tips on seeming more confident for job interviews?

Hello, I'm 27 and never had a job because of severe social anxiety (that made me have depressive episodes so it didn't help). I'm super avoidant so I've always found excuses to not look for jobs. But lately I've been trying to make more efforts. I had two job interviews in the last few weeks and even though I prepared at home, I was an anxious mess in front of the employers. I feel like my tone and my body language were also a big part as to why I wasn't hired. In theory, I know what I'm supposed to say/do or not to appear like a good potential employee. Except that when time comes, I feel so insecure about my situation, I feel deeply ashamed about the fact that I've never worked and it's also becoming a huge problem for me to justify this to employers.

So, as fellow people struggling with their mental health but that are working, do you have any tips for someone like me? 🥲
