Hey everyone. I’ve been training 4-5 times a week (push/pull/legs style splits) since October. Started at 167 lbs and I’m currently 187 lbs. I only started properly tracking calories in February.

I’ve made decent strength progress (especially back and chest) but my midsection has gotten noticeably softer.

If you had to pick, would you run a 4–6 week mini cut here or continue a slower bulk?
