Hi, I went to my appointment more than 3 weeks ago at the BLS in Spain. I was missing a document, they were nice and let me print it there but charged me the premium rate (total $200). Probably a scam but I had been waiting there for 3 hours that I was like whatever I'll pay it.

anyway, today was the 18th business day. I don't know why it's taking so long!! the status tracker just says "Processing at mission". everyone told me spain is super fast so i'm confused/concerned, especially after being forced to pay the premium rate.

Is there anyone I can contact to check on this? My trip is coming up in a week....
