I sent my uk licence back to update my address in February. Since I couldn’t do it online I submitted it by post. I did not receive any reply, so I contacted them in April via phone, chat and email and was told they can't help me because they couldn't access my account.

I've escalated to the liaison service and they asked for the following in order to access my details, and look at my request:

Driving Licence number,

Theory Test Certificate number,

Driving Test Reference number.

I don’t have the theory test or test reference number as I passed the test in Ireland.

I'm waiting for their next response (which would probably be useless) but I really want my license back.

Anyone had similar issues with them?
