There are so many small cities and communities that people label as boring. Anyone that actually gets out and explores their local community would realize how much there is to do. I came from a city that had less than 100,000 residents. Lots of local parks, tons of outdoor activities, an amusement park, mini golf, go karts, a zoo, libraries, city driven events, concert venues, antique shops, lots of hobby and craft events at local businesses, carnivals during the summer, and farmers markets. It seems easier for people to not try and call their city boring than to go and explore what's around them.

My aunt is in town from out of state and she asked to go to Farr's Grove Friday. Last time she was in town, it was still open. I'd like to take her somewhere with a similar perch plate. I'm not asking for your favorites but I'm asking the fish fry connoisseurs what you would say is closest to Farr's Grove perch plate. Thank you.
