Rejected job application
Hi. I'm tired with my current job whether it be because of politics, being severely undervalued, workmates grabbing credit, being overworked and SEVERELY underpaid, walang HMO, etc. Madaming reasons why I want to leave my current workplace. However, don't get me wrong: if you're someone who wants stability and security, it's not a bad place to work at. But if you're someone who wants growth, this really isn't a place for you.
So I finally mustered up the courage to apply sa job postings. Sa 15 kong inapplyan, 3 lang nag reach out sakin. Yung isa, may tasks agad na pinagawa na job-related lmao e hindi pa nga ako naiinterview? I gathered na medyo red flag hahaha tapos yung isa, ayun, rejected.
Nahihirapan na ko sa current workplace ko pero I can't resign because grabe ang expenses sa bahay. Ayoko nalang din sanang masumbatan pag matagal akong mawawalan ng work. I have savings but I know my savings won't even last 6 months- it'll probably last significantly less considering the global crisis.
Ayun. I got my first rejection ever sa job application. Nakakalungkot. Nakakapanghina ng loob. At gustong gusto ko na magresign.
