Caplyta blunting my Vyvanse

Vyvanse was working fine until adding caplyta and its completely blunted. Increased dose to 50mg and it just increased anxiety so went back to 30. The effects are super subtle. Even when adding caffeine it feels blunted. Caplyta is really helping depression and anxiety so dont wanna really leave it. Any suggestions?

30mg wasnt providing enough releive from my symptoms. I would crash fast and would use caffeine to bridge the gap. Doctor i creased dose. My o my. Only lasted 3 days on 50mg increase from 30mg. I felt so irritated and my body felt stressed like too much adrenaline not enough dopamine. I decided to just go back to 30mg. And i feel my body letting go of the intense tention. Anybody else was on a too high dose and found lower doses are better?

Was on 30mg for a month. After 2 weeks it felt like i was taking a sugar pill. Absolutely nothing. Doc increased to 50mg and starting tomorrow. Kinda nervous. Any expierences? What should i expect?

Update: 1st 50mg. 4 hours post dose. A bit of focus. I thought change was gonna be drastic. But of course ima give it time. Im also taking an antipsychotic for depression and gad. May be blurting vyvanse a bit
