I’ve looked up some therapists and I found one I liked. I just don’t know how to email him/what to email him to even get started

One of my worries is that he won’t be able to help. He expanded from working with Adolescents (since 2022) to Adults (starting in 2024) He works with trauma, and I just don’t know what that means exactly. I have Trauma from DV (I’m not in danger, so I don’t think I need someone who specializes in that specifically) and also some other, smaller, things

but what types of things go in an email?
