I'm doing some independent research on how UK and EU hospitality venues are sourcing low and no-alcohol drinks: wine, beer, spirits, mocktails, premium sodas, the lot. Trying to figure out what's actually working for the trade vs what's being dropped on us by suppliers who don't really get the category.

If you work front of house, behind the bar, in beverage management, or own/run a venue — your perspective would mean a lot.
