I'm 6 weeks post pituitary tumor surgery. Immediately after my surgery, my cortisol dropped so I was put on hydrocortizone.

On the 5th week, my blood test showed low T4 Free. I just started levothyroxine last weekend. I also have low testosterone.

I know it's different for everyone but I'm curious about people's experience on when the pituitary gland started normalizing again and cortisol, T4 and testosterone went back to normal levels.
