Me and my friends are going to start a new crossplay vanilla SMP, but quite a lot of them are Bugrock players, so i am searching for a mod that allows to at least have attack cooldown and offhand, and some other minor things like fullbright. Do u guys know such a mod?

I mean the border line which is the small grey and then the bigger darker part. I am making a map rn and i really need to know. Thx
