No notable medical history
1st pic: is that discolouration or cavities? It is sensitive but it doesn't have throbbing pain or something like that. (Right jaw upper molar)
2nd pic: there seems to be a crack in my gums wherein it looks baby's teeth emerging..is it wisdom teeth?? My jaw feels heavy and it hurts. (Right jaw, lower)

Both of these are happening at the same time so I'm not sure which pain is what. Both of these uncomfortable feelings started yesterday. It is very uncomfortable when I eat but it doesn't hurt that much that my sleep is affected.
I have exams in a few days and 3k km away from home, staying in a dorm can anyone please suggest to me what's the best thing I can do now??
