Does any one have a clear idea on arrears

When they are conducted and their fee and how many arrears can be written

Im in 3rd year now

I heard that arrears are conducted after 2nd shortsem and they allow only 5 arrears.

5 arrears are not enough for me to complete my backlogs . Do they conduct one more arrear session in win semester for 4th year students
