Weird question, maybe...

So, I don't know if this is super weird or whatever but it has been bugging me for a while.

I have had a couple of laparoscopic surgeries, one for endometriosis and another for an appendectomy.

After both surgeries, the surgeon or doctor came over to discuss the results with me and, after discussing the way the surgery went, added on that I have really large ovaries. Two different doctors remarked on it.

Does it mean something? Is it weird? Or do I just have a pair of really large internal balls?
