I been in workers comp since 2023 and I imagine like many others is been a totally nightmare from denied treatments to stress in a daily basis.

my question is can I quit my job while on workers comp will that affect me with the settlement?

the insurance started paying me for permanent disability at 290dls a week but without any reason they stop doing it.

the main reason I want to quit is to get access to my 401k so I can pay rent and bills but not sure if that will be bad for the settlement.
