The problem is that every couple of minutes the screen freezes for a couple of seconds; I've noticed this happens when I'm inactive for about 5–10 seconds.
In other words, I can be scrolling through a browser, stop for 5 seconds, and then start scrolling again, and at that moment the screen will freeze (though not always).
BUT, the interesting thing is that in demanding games like Red Dead Redemption 2 and so on, there are no such freezes - everything works perfectly.
Freezes can also occur when typing.

RTX 2050
Intel i5 12750H
16 GB RAM
Things I’ve already tried:
Clearing the cache, using programs to clean temporary files, restarting the laptop, and I even tried switching browsers because I thought the problem was with it.
