Anyone have luck combining topic Fin/Min with other products?

I've been on topical Fin/Min (Hims) for nearly 10 years. While it's clearly slowed down the advance, I'm still losing ground. Most recently saw a video of me from an angle that showed my crown and wow....

I'm at my max dose / frequency (nightly, 3 squirts) before the sides start to be noticable (watery seman, brain fog, overall negative demeanor).

I've done micro needling over the years and didn't really see much change. Im seeing products advertised that combine microneedling with natural ingredients, specially intrigued by Soren or Novamane type products

I dont medically see why these couldn't be combined? But also, if it's just snake oil, seems like a waste of money.
