Omg what is this? Why is it so difficult to find a single room? From my 8th standard I have been staying in hostels Now I am into 2nd year of my Job, i have been trying find a single room or 1 RK for myself, I wanted to stay single with some privacy do all things by myself, I tried tried for finding a room most of them are shit and I just gave up 1 day after roaming around so much, I finally call a broker he showed a single room which I liked then in that I did not want to miss that and prolong this process any further the rent was 10k, the owner was saying 13k but broker convinced for 10k, as brokerage he took 8k and 1000 for showing the rooms he said 500 first but as I wanted him to show rooms till I like them,

Everything was fine the room was booked, remember the room had this roof of rekulu (do not know what is it in english) all of this happend on 3 april,

Yesterday the owner calls me and says the the entire set of rooms (the room I booked was one of 5 rooms) is booked by someone else, i got very angry but i could not do anything, what can i do? He returned my advance,

Then I called the broker and said him everything, he said he will show me other rooms but he was out of town he asked someone else to show me the rooms, he said the he transferred 2k to new broker and asked me not to give any money, when I talked to new broker he was saying he needs 500 to show and 5k if I move to the roomm the money I gave to old broker does not matter, I really wanted to move to room i somehow felt let me see room first then i looked rooms there was one room which was 14 k it was very small you wont be able to accommodate kitchen in it , there is no sink and other room was there and that was similar broker agreed to give me for 10k but I was not satisfied

He was saying that the rooms are like this only the old one which i booked even though it was spacious and had a sink kitchen area, since it had rekulu water would leak in rainy season, and too much of heat and all labour people live there something like that he was saying

Anyway in that moment i agreed to that shitty 10k one room as I wanted to move out first but thankfully the owner was not there to close booking and the broker said lets do it tommorow honestly he had some work he was speaking on phone I heard

But while coming back i realised is it worth it to take it my pg seems better than it, what should I do?

The room is small no sink for watching dishes need to wait 1 month to move in, the watchmen family seems to be there next my room,

What should I do?
