Here’s a fun one.

UPDATE: I was able to find recording from my camera with her shouting she was going to “fucking spray poison on them”. Going to attorneys office tomorrow with the compiled evidence.

Neighbor didn’t like my privacy hedge, decided to trim them up as ornamental shrubs instead. She came 6 feet into my property to cut them. I confronted her in the middle of damaging them, she said they were ugly and threatened to poison them if I let them grow back into a hedge. This was after I found used motor oil dumped near the base of the shrubs with an oil filter that matches her vehicle. Also doesn’t like the arborvitae I planted in my backyard behind a 6 foot fence we share…

Edit: Forgot to mention it made her very angry when I said she was allowed to trim her side if it was growing over the property line, then she started throwing debris that she just cut over the hedge in my direction. It was hilarious.

Same story as most of the other threads.

Next door neighbors don’t care that they are a disturbance to the neighborhood.

Moved into our home about 3 years ago, we share a fence line in the back yard and a property line in the front yard. I came home one day to find his lawnmower trailer in my yard. The trucks rear bumper was on the line, but the whole trailer was in my yard. After a polite conversation, he said he would move it. Weeks later same thing. After the third time, I planted some small privacy hedges about 5 feet inside the property line. Baffled, he asked why I planted those. Last year he cuts my bushes which are still inside the property line and almost kills them. I remind him the severity of tree law.

Every night of the week they sit on their screen porch in the backyard and watch TV/listen to music/hang out. I’ve got no problem with that. It’s the late night partying, screaming conversations, TV volume at 99 that bothers the rest of the neighbors.

We have tried communication channels, and even local law enforcement when things run past midnight. A relative works for local PD and gets them out of the tickets. Law enforcement calls will shut them down for the night, I just want to make their experience sitting on their porch unenjoyable.

I don’t want to do sounds, unless maybe like annoying frequency but can’t be pinpointed coming from my house. Or smells that have an actual use case I can vouch for.
