My wife’s boyfriend told me I’m doing it wrong and that I should use Strava App to KOM faster instead of Wahoo or Garmin. What did he mean by this?
He also casually mentioned he KOMed at 100 mph last week (must have been a light tailwind).
I’m starting to think my FTP is too low for this relationship. Should I immediately surrender my wife or is there a training plan for this?
