Does this look like pinworms or roundworms? Or is it just insoluble fiber?
Can someone advise if this is normal looking and just regular insoluble fiber or if it's some kind of intestinal parasite? I first noticed this on Wednesday, I don't normally look at my stool much but happened to notice it and now I can't *not* notice it. I thought maybe pinworms but I don't have any other symptoms at all. I took video as well and there's no movement in the white bits (not sure if there actually would be, but just in case). I do eat nuts quite a bit and take a few medications that are extended release/capsules. I'm a tad concerned about roundworm, as I had to clear out a raccoon latrine in my backyard last weekend. I wore an N95, gloves, and lightly sprayed the dung with water before scooping it up into a bag and throwing it away. I also showered immediately after and washed my clothes and shoes. But still a little worried. It may come as no surprise to you all that I am a tad bit of a hypochondriac.
