My hopeful HBO Changes from movies
Season 1: Show more of Voldemorts attack on Godrics Hollow (this would be great to see be slowly completed as the series progresses.) I want to see more of Peeves and the Grey Lady. Peeves because hes a great side character and the Grey lady because of her importance later on in the series. I hate random character introductions without knowing them previously.
Season 2: Have Harry speak parseltongue in his sleep...have the recurring throughout the series, it would make more sense when Ron reopens the chamber by speaking parseltongue
Season 3: Show more quidditch...the movie didn't introduce the firebolt until the end, I want to see the strain on the friendship Hermione has with both Ron and Harry. Show Scabbers getting thinner. We need to see more of crookshanks and padfoot interacting with each other. Really build up the idea that Sirius is after Harry.
Season 4: More world cup...Show us an exciting quidditch game. We need more Winky. And of course we need a maze that is at least true to the novel, if not more in depth. S.P.E.W needs to bee a thing, or at least Hermione needs to really show her disdain for how house elves are treated. I know it seems pointless, but it is actually key for them in DH for getting Kreacher to help them.
Season 5... More D.A. classes. Have Harry really teaching them how to defend and duel. They can really cut the whole GRAWP thing. I know he is kinda key to getting Umbridge out, but they can do something different. He really doesn't have any affect on the overall story.
Season 6: Easy, more memories. Some of them are great and I wished they didn't get cut.
Season 7: Kreacher arc with him changing sides and helping rally the Hogwarts House Elves. One thing I wanted, even in the books, was for Harry to use the Elder Wand to fix Hagrids wand.
