Me(22), my brother(19) live with my dad. We moved into a new flat with garden around 3 years ago and everything became worse. Everytime he notices something is broken, mostly on accident or we dont even know when it happened it is our fault. He always writes it up and all the repair costs is what we will have to pay in the future. My brother cant work due to accident and i work a bare minimum wage job. But my dad makes around 5000 a month. He argues about every little cent with us. He wants to kick me out right while I am sick because i forgot to water the new plants. He says I am lazy because i didnt do anything today but again I am sick witj a fever. I can only stay if I pay him 5200 right now which i dont have, i told him that and now he wants me to take on a credit so I can pay him off. I suggested that he takes the money for the repairs that we pay him monthly(We both pay him 300) but that just got him to argue more. I am wondering if it is even legal what he is doing or just setting up his own rules. I am guessing it is, he always mentions dragging us to court If we don't pay him back.
