so i (30M) work in a male dominated job field. in confined spaces, long days long nights, so we spend a lot of time with co workers. there just so happens to be one woman amongst all the men. i’ve always kept my distance because im married so i keep it professional. however, she for some reason confides in me and seeks attention from me. recently she’s been telling a few of us that she’s been hooking up with one of the bosses who is married! now word has gotten around to pretty much everyone and i don’t feel right about the situation. is this something you would report to HR to protect the reputation of the rest of the crew? i ended up telling my wife the tea and she says i should report it, as well as another co worker is also considering this. she also shows up when she’s off work drunk af and creates a liability to the rest of us. what do i do?
