I am on Android. Got Cromite. Installed uBO. And Reddit ads ain't blocked...

Currently Brave doesn't have Android extension support. So temporarily I want a browser which supports extensions on Android. Quetta and Lemur ruled out because they are proprietary and have privacy concerns, Edge ruled out because it's Big Tech, Gecko browsers ruled out because they are insecure.

So I decided on two, Cromite and Ultimatum. I was a former Cromite user, but eventually switched to Brave, because using Cromite felt like exploding a nuclear reactor and made me uneasy seeing that old Chrome UI I escaped, but it is the darling of the Chromium privacy community, and one of the most hardened Chromium browsers using patches from Vanadium.

Ultimatum feels like a Google browser, has all the Google bloat, Ad Privacy, Google Password Manager, pinned Account, etc. And it also feels less known than Cromite and potentially insecure because it doesn't support auto-update.

So which do I use : Cromite or Ultimatum or Quetta or Edge or Lemur or Firefox

I want a browser on my Android tablet that should have :

1. Extensions ( I WANT extensions)
2. Chrome-like or their own good UI is good
3. Non-Quetta or non-Big Tech
4. Open source would be a bonus but it isn't required
5. Should have good privacy (that's required)
6. And not Gecko browsers please

So I actually still do use Gboard with all telementry except on device personalization off. I use Emoji Kitchen a lot and like the specific UI of Gboard and blocked Gboard network access in settings? this still not private? Does anybody know a keyboard alternative which has Emoji Kitchen and Gboard UI if this is bad? Except for FUTO and HeliBoard anyone has any Gboard-like UI alternatives? They both have horrible UI compared to Gboard
