I think I have phimosis.
I am a 20(M) , uncircumcised.My foreskin doesn't retract, I've never even tried.I know that it needs to be cleaned, but I have never done it because it hurts when I pull back the foreskin. I used to think that it was like this for uncircumcised people, but a few days ago I talked to my friends and then I came to know.Any advice on how to pull it back?
