Are there actually reliable ways to track ovulation? not just apps?

I recently stopped using hormonal birth control and I’m trying to understand my cycle better. I’ve used period tracking apps before, but I know they’re not super reliable for actually knowing when you’re ovulating.

I’m not TTC right now, but I do want to be more aware of my cycle and not rely on guessing. For people who track ovulation more seriously, what methods actually work in real life?

udacity agentic ai course

Has someone taken the Udacity Agentic AI course? I'm considering a few agentic AI courses and trying to figure out whether doing one would actually help me stand out in interviews. Trying to level up beyond watching youtube videos. The reason I'm considering Udacity specifically is that it seems more project based than some of the other options. I'm thinking the portfolio angle might matter more than just having a certificate.

▲ 6 r/PCOS

I feel like I keep trying different ways to track my cycle and nothing really works for me. My cycles are all over the place, so apps just seem to guess randomly. OPKs are confusing because I get multiple positives sometimes, and I’m not even sure if I’m ovulating when I think I am.

I’ve looked into temping too, but with how irregular everything is, I don’t even know if I’d be able to interpret it properly. It’s just frustrating because most advice seems to be for ‘regular’ cycles and I feel like I’m doing something wrong. Has anyone with PCOS actually found a way to track things that makes sense long term? Or is it just trial and error forever?
