Does anyone have an answer for me? I'm 16 years old and I've had my period for 3 years. I've been regular since last year, and usually my periods are light over the last 4 months. But for the last three months, my periods have been heavy and lasted a week. What does this mean?
My period started last night, and this morning when I woke up there was a huge stain on my pad. I'm 16, but I'm not used to it, and I'm not usually sexually active. My periods are usually pretty light to medium. Is this normal? I took a picture just in case, but I don't know if I can post it.
I'm a 15-year-old girl and today I tried to insert a tampon and it hurt a lot. When I put it in, it was very uncomfortable, so I took it out after a few minutes. I don't understand because I followed the instructions.
