Pubic Bone pain

Help please!

So maybe 6+ weeks ago I banged my pubic bone HARD on a metal table at work. And it hurt like a mfer for a while, but I’m STILL feeling the pain in that region when I move or turn my body just right. I’m 25 weeks pregnant, so I’m not sure if I did some damage to it, or if it’s just pregnancy pain. It never bruised or anything that I noticed, it just hurt when I’d move or push things.

Any advice on what to do to soothe the pain? It’s an intense sore feeling whenever I do move to where it hurts. I just got home from a 5 hour road trip, and twisting in the car to get comfortable was insanely painful!

I’ve always been a side sleeper, but since gaining weight from being pregnant I begin to hurt a LOT after a couple of hours of sleeping. It’s like a soreness in the hips/butt. It used to only be while I was sleeping, but now it’s the worst while I sleep and it’s sore all day long as well.

I’ve tried ice packs and a heating pad, my husband will rub the sore areas, but it only helps a tiny bit. I’ve tried pregnancy pillows (2 different styles) and I don’t know if I’m doing it wrong or if it’s just because my bump isn’t very big (I’m a tiny person to begin with).

Any advice is GREATLY appreciated. I woke up and cried this morning it was hurting so badly. I’m desperate for relief. Tylenol helps a little bit, but not much.
