Am I getting the short end of the stick on purpose?

So, I’ve been a BA at Sally’s for a little over a year now. I have a pretty long list of ways I’ve basically been fucked over since moving & transferring stores, I’m so ready to leave for a different job but I haven’t found anywhere yet.
Here’s a brief summary of everything:

- When I was originally hired on I was being paid $1 more than minimum due to being a cosmetology student. When minimum wage increased at the beginning of this year, I was only bumped to minimum/told I would have to wait until May to ask for a raise due to wage freezes for employee reviews (that one didn’t sit well with me, because I have since graduated and the company would be paying someone with 0 experience the same as me)
- Also when I transferred & moved, I was promised full-time hours between 2 stores (which I ALSO didn’t know Sally’s classifies full time as 30hrs a week, not 40) however I have been averaging 7-10 hours a week, and now even less as I was taken off the schedule for store 2 with NO warning and haven’t been scheduled there since. Store 2 hired on a new employee that took those hours that I had been promised I would be receiving after moving. (Only working maybe 4-6 hours a week now, money is INCREDIBLY tight.)
- As well, I am someone who AS FAR AS I’M AWARE, have been classified as a full time employee. It makes zero sense that I would be getting 4-6 hours a week while my coworker, who is part time, gets 15-20.
- Sally’s corporate is a whole other rabbit hole that I could write about forever, my main complaint however is our DM’s lack of knowledge and care. Obviously moving put me under a different DM, and she has NEVER worked at Sally’s or any other beauty supply store. Every time she comes in to visit, she gives wildly wrong information to customers, and obviously doesn’t understand how the retail industry works with some of her requests to us. (I understand that’s unfortunately pretty normal for a DM, but it is a different experience than my previous store.) On top of that, my district has been getting hit by a couple of people going around to multiple stores and stealing hundreds of dollars worth of electricals. The DM refused to check the camera for a clearer image of the thiefs, but has no problem checking the camera to tell us to stop standing behind the register or find something to do in our down time.

Another thing that I was more curious about than anything is how vacation & sick time work. As I mentioned, I have been employed with Sally’s for maybe a year and 3 months. I’ve only accrued 11 hours of vacation time, and 0 hours for every other category. The 11 hours of vacation seems low to me, but I also don’t know how Sally’s calculates that. And it was also strange to me that I haven’t accrued ANY sick time whatsoever. I guess I was just curious if Sally’s is trying to push me out/ silently fire me/ get me to quit? It really seems like it.
