So our real estate office said us all 18 neighbours to empty the building in 2 months stating major renovations but the problem is building doesn't need major renovation and 2 months is too short of a time to find a 4 bedroom apartment for everyone because majority of the building neighbours say including myself that there are children exams in june.

What does Ejar regulations say in this regard?

I did not receive the notice to empty my apartment but we expect it.
