There's fiber all around us. I live in a townhouse and behind us is apartment complex. I'm sure everyone around me wouldn't mind the fiber either, but I wanted to see if anyone knows how likely it is they'd approve the request, and how to actually make a request. I can probably get 20 townhouses or so in my neighborhood to swap to ATT fiber if they're willing to invest.
