my smapi will not install, it keeps saying anti virus deleted a file. ive turned it off, made exepctions, etc and it wont work :(

I recently saw a post about someone getting their hands on some tech for crisper (krisper??? Sorry idk) and immediately used it half hazardly at best. It made me think about the regulations for it, as well as the ideas that may come to mind when debating what’s ethical and what’s not. Ethics is always opinionated, and my opinion is very uneducated since I’ve done a decent amount of research, however I’m only in high school and am still relatively unfamiliar with these things
