Dear Enhauto Support,

I have a Model Y Premium manufactured in Berlin on 31/March/2026. When I bought the ‘S3XY Knob + Commander’, the ‘Model Y & YYY Premium (Juniper) – built in Berlin & Shanghai after 30 March 2026’ pack wasn’t available for sale.

As there are several features that aren't working, your colleague Samuil - Enhance said you would send me a new cable, but I haven’t heard anything back yet.

Can you tell me, specifically, how and when you will resolve my issue?
