Do you believe in the concept of a soulmate?

I just listened to some YouTube video that popped up on my feed, where a married couple basically broke down this idea of how you can strategically find your soulmate by finding your best friend.

I’ve never heard this take in particular. I personally thought it was excellent, and wanted to see if any of you believe in this same concept.
