Lots of Duplicates in Closet - Legit?

I’m a shopper. A seller who has an item in their closet that I liked a while back sent a message (?) that they’re moving and offering deals on items and shipping. Anyway when I went to their closet to browse I noticed two of almost every item. The duplicate items same size but the heading/description words were arranged slightly differently and the pieces were different- not wildly different but still different. Is this a fake seller or does this have something to do with the updates and issues I see sellers posting about recently? Or something completely different?

I had a DMX and stayed flat. I am on Tamoxifen and am going to see a gynecologist annually for a pap and u/s. I still see my oncologist every 4-6 mos and my surgical oncologist saw me about 3 mos ago and would like to see me again towards my 2 years mark the end of this year. No concerns just general follow up. I’m 1.5 years out from my DMX.

Anyway, I’m a little over the exams and poking around. I’d like to have some feelings of privacy back even if it’s just my own perception. Historically every pap I’ve had to remove my shirt for a breast exam. However, I would rather not. I’d like to keep my shirt on and just have the pap.

For those of you who have gone flat and have paps do you still take your shirt off? If so, are you still under the care of your oncologist?
