I’ve had darker skin on my toe knuckles for years but I just never really asked anyone about them. They don’t hurt they just feel like calluses where they’re kind of numb? Compared to normal skin. I would think they’re from the shoes I wear but I only have them on my right foot. I never noticed until now how raised they’ve become and they look really weird. I don’t know if I should be concerned but I don’t have any known health issues (22F). Also ignore my big toe, someone stepped on it in soccer when I was in middle school lol
