when i try to get some help from their support or their privacy right, they keep ask me to download that file on the Instagram disable account page but when i try to download it the file jus only contain nothing that can tell me about this falsely banned for cse. and when i ask them that file didnt contain my any important information and they jus only ask me to download it and say cant help me that those but you are falsely banned me, im the victim what wrong with your company META. do anyone can download the file and get all of your information?

do anyone download the file after they disabled your account and get all of info of your account?, i jus got falsely banned for cse and their support jus only ask me for download that file and in the file is only contain thread, my profile picture and about me that on my profile but that jus like really old one because lastest i have remove all my about me. i wish i can get some help or some advice.
