i understand that you cannot confidently diagnose off of images alone however i have another month and a half until i’ll be insured and it will be feasible for me to see a derm. so i’m just looking for a “yes that’s similar to how it appeared for me” i was able to get my hands on permethrin cream so these images are taken less than 24 hours apart the first one a couple hours before the application and one shortly before showering off the cream. (btw the lines visible on left thigh are irrelevant to the rash theyre old sh scars) my rash started a week and a half ago and this was the second place it showed up but it has grown exponentially in the last couple days. at this rate i HOPE it’s scabies because i’m truly at a loss. i feel discouraged after waking up and seeing how much it spread last night however it’s been spreading like crazy the last couple of days, it even spread to my hands yesterday so i know that rash would’ve probably spread just like that even without any cream. just kind of wondering if this is normal with scabies. my symptoms otherwise have been pretty in line with scabies. worse at night. worse with shower. crazy crazy itchiness even with taking zyrtec and using hydrocortisone cream i still only get mild relief. any tips or even thoughts would be great honestly. also i have had an eczema diagnosis for years and it only ever affects my hands and once briefly my foot so i feel confident this is not just eczema.
