Hey guys!

I’m leaving my job soon and I actually really like my manager, so I want to get him a little goodbye gift but I’m kind of stuck on what to get. He’s got a baby on the way, has a super chill vibe, enjoys smoking weed, and is into anime/comics/manga and Lord of the Rings. I was thinking maybe something for the baby (like a nice gift set or something practical for new parents) since those tend to be useful and appreciated , but I also thought it could be nice to get something more personal to him or him + his partner. Not sure if I should go sentimental, practical, or just fun. Any ideas for something thoughtful but not over the top. Thank you !
