Hey everyone, I’m a current college student transferring to UCF this fall and I’m looking for a sublease in the $900–$1000 range.

I’m mainly interested in well-maintained student housing communities (something similar to The Hub Orlando or The 9), but I’m open to good quality options as well. A private bedroom and bathroom is preferred.
