how do things like this fare for most of you guys blood sugar wise? And also, I’m really into tea time now so I got these to have alongside my tea. Typically I’m an almond milk drinker but almond milk in a bit of tea kinda does nothing. What do u guys add that doesn’t hurt the sugar?

Hi, kind of new to utilizing credit cards to maximize my life and spending. For years I thought debit + savings was what everyone did then last year started slowly transitioning all my spending to cc’s. My main regular card is the BOFA cash back card at 4k line, then i added their travel card as a second one to travel with and get their bonus, my line there is now 7k. I’ve been traveling a lot more for fun between LA and NYC and wanted to get more benefits since I am spending money on hotels and air travel more. I was booking JetBlue direct flights the first few times for points then considered a CC for a airline. Landed on the delta Amex gold, so now I have that and the bonus coming with that. I see a lot of talk about earning x amount of points for groceries and regular spending which I want to utilize more as well besides my regular travel points. I know the delta card gets points with anything but is there any regular card I should look into, instead of the BOFA cash back card?

Every other month I go from being incredibly stable to just constant up and down. And I don’t change my diet EVER I eat the same shit every day especially breakfast. This is after breakfast, the same meal I’ve had a thousand times I’ve had days where my sugar dropped, stayed the same, and now spike. I don’t change a single ingredient!!!! I have no idea what to expect ever .. it literally makes me fear carbs now because I just can’t handle this anymore
