Fob connection and digital key issue
Hi, I was hoping that maybe someone here had a similar issue and managed to figure it out.
When I first tried to connect the NFC card and the fob in the app, the NFC card worked fine, but the fob threw an error that it could not be added. While it appears in the app, the app states that it isn't synced and throws the same error when trying to sync. What's also curious is that I don't get shown any options for a digital key. I would assume the fob needs to be added and synced before. For my wife it worked fine to add a digital key on a pixel 7. My first assumption was that my pixel 10 pro xl was the issue, but I logged in on her phone and two other phones with the same result. So now my assumption is a failed onboarding for my account. Did anyone experience a similar behavior?
I'm in the EU using the latest app version and os 2.1.2 on the Zeekr 7X
