Currently underpaid - applying for position almost double last drawn salary

Context: I'm currently working as a project manager(usually involves tech implementation) in a medium size retail chain, joined the company during covid, no job no money, was being taken advantage of the situation, offered a much lower than market price. Managed multi-million projects(warehouse automation), even saved the company a financial risk of RM 106 million from a M&A deal (I did the DD and suggested termination)

Now, at 33, I finally decided to leave this company and start job search, only to find out that I was severely underpaid. The new position im applying for starting pay is about double of my current but I'm worried that the "last drawn" cannot justify for the new and I'm unsure of what expected salary should i fill
