So my whatsapp had been logged outta my phone coz of a telecom providers rule in india (I was sitting in dubai then) and since then all i had was a backup of 4.5 gb on my gmail from this number now the thing is i cant find that backup ( i havent deleted it ) I just wanna transfer this backup onto a new number.

1. How do i find the backup?
2. How do i transfer this backup to a new number?
