Chronic Urethral Burning
So i’ve been on T for about a year or maybe a little more now and i’ve been having a terrible time with UTIs. I’ve gotten 3 or 4 so far, and they all cleared up fine with antibiotics— except the last one. I got it treated with antibiotics and all the symptoms went away but one: the burning when I go to the bathroom. It’s been 2 months, maybe a little more, and the burning won’t go away. I went to the doctor and they did a culture, found out what antibiotic would work best for the specific infection in my urethra, then prescribed it to me (Amoxicillin). I finished taking them all two days ago and the pain never went away, and now that i’m off, has gotten worse. I fear i’m going insane. I take E cream and probiotics, I clean the area with sensitive non scented soap, and make sure to never get soap on the actual inside too. I swear i’m doing it all. What the fuck is going on, chat😭😭🙏
