Hello Reddit, I've been shopping around for a matress that will fit me right and i'm honestly kinda stuck. I have pretty bad arthritis in my back, and the bed I have now seems to almost be making it worse. I wake up frequently and can never sleep very well. I live alone, so I was going to buy either a twin or a Twin XL but im desperate. I'll shell out the money for anything.

I think I'm looking for something firm, that has cooling and is luxurious. I dont mind spending money. I also am unsure of if a bedframe is super important. any reccomendations or things I should know would be highly, Highly appreciated.
